Ensure administrative excellence for 200+ regional healthcare institutions through regulatory compliance, crisis management, and operational support for France’s public health system.


🔍 Key Responsibilities

Administrative & Operational Leadership

  • Manage authorization processes for healthcare activities (renewals, modifications, compliance visits)
  • Oversee institutional contracts: Draft/edit performance agreements, monitor KPIs, maintain digital archives
  • Coordinate hospital governance bodies: Prepare board meetings, update agendas, document proceedings

Crisis & Compliance Management

  • Track/report adverse events: Acknowledge incidents, conduct preliminary investigations
  • Manage hospital staffing crises: Update tension dashboards, draft emergency requisition orders
  • Monitor physician HR activities: Analyze job postings, process temporary contracts, manage private practice compliance

Strategic Support

  • Centralize communications: Screen/orient correspondence (physical/digital)
  • Plan critical meetings and ensure information flow within the team
  • Implement regulatory updates for healthcare facilities

⭐ Required Profile

Knowledge

  • French public administration frameworks (state services, healthcare regulations)
  • Hospital operations and governance structures
  • Health authorization protocols (Articles L. 6122-1 et seq., CSP)

Technical Skills

  • Advanced MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • French administrative software (e.g., Chorus, Sirhus)
