✔ Serve as primary customer liaison for inquiries and documentation

✔ Utilize SAP/Salesforce CRM to optimize customer service operations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s in Business Administration or related field
  • 2+ years in customer service (industrial/multinational preferred)

  • Fluent English (Italian/German/French advantageous)
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
