Key Responsibilities:
- Develop integrated digital strategies for fresh produce/fruit retail
- Manage multi-channel campaigns: SEO/SEM, social media (Instagram/Facebook/TikTok), email marketing, display ads
- Create compelling content: weekly offers, seasonal produce features, recipes, nutrition trends
- Optimize e-commerce platforms for UX and conversions
- Analyze performance via Google Analytics, Meta Insights
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives/landing pages
- Implement CRM/loyalty programs for customer retention
- Monitor competitor activities and food retail trends
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Marketing/Business/Communications
- 3+ years digital marketing experience (retail/FMCG preferred)
- Proficiency in:
- Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager
- Email platforms (Mailchimp/Klaviyo)
- CMS (WordPress), Analytics tools (Google Analytics/Hotjar)
- Expertise in SEO/SEM, paid media, retargeting
