Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop integrated digital strategies for fresh produce/fruit retail
  • Manage multi-channel campaigns: SEO/SEM, social media (Instagram/Facebook/TikTok), email marketing, display ads
  • Create compelling content: weekly offers, seasonal produce features, recipes, nutrition trends
  • Optimize e-commerce platforms for UX and conversions
  • Analyze performance via Google Analytics, Meta Insights
  • Conduct A/B testing for creatives/landing pages
  • Implement CRM/loyalty programs for customer retention
  • Monitor competitor activities and food retail trends

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s in Marketing/Business/Communications
  • 3+ years digital marketing experience (retail/FMCG preferred)
  • Proficiency in:
    • Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager
    • Email platforms (Mailchimp/Klaviyo)
    • CMS (WordPress), Analytics tools (Google Analytics/Hotjar)
  • Expertise in SEO/SEM, paid media, retargeting
  • Strong copywriting and project management skills
